Please note that requests to upgrade your flights or extend your stay may only be made for dates following the official group trip. Early arrivals prior to the official trip start date will not be permitted.
All flight upgrade requests will be managed directly through our Travel Agency team.
Should you wish to extend your stay at Club Med, please select the Club Med Extension option below. If you wish to extend your stay at an alternative hotel or destination, please indicate your preferred option accordingly.
Please note that no funds will be transferred or paid on your behalf for any flight upgrades or stay extensions. Any additional costs relating to flight upgrades, extended stays, alternative accommodation, transfers, or other arrangements will be for your own account and will not be covered by JTI.
A quote will be shared for your approval based on the requests submitted.

Once the quote has been approved and Proof of Payment (POP) has been received, we can proceed with booking the requested flight upgrades and/or stay extensions.
