VISA Application Information:
The visa information provided below is specifically for South African passport holders travelling with us.
If you are travelling on a non-South African passport, your visa requirements may differ. We will confirm the relevant visa requirements and application process once we have received your country of origin and a copy of your passport.
Please ensure that you provide this information as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the correct requirements for your journey.
Visa-on-arrival is not available
All visa applications will commence by 01, February 2027.
Please ensure that you have a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the end of the trip in order to apply for your Schengen Visa.
We will guide and assist you throughout the visa application process; however, please note that we are unable to complete the application on your behalf.
Each traveller will be required to complete their own application and attend a visa appointment in person as part of the application process.
Apply for a Schengen VISA:
Requirements
Valid Passport:
Issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages. Include copies of previous visas and stamps.
Photograph:
Recent passport-size photo with a white background.
Travel Details & Accommodation Documents:
Confirmed return or onward flight ticket & Proof of Accommodation will be supplied.
Proof of Financial Means:
Original bank statements from the last 3 to 6 months stamped by the bank, proving sufficient funds
Employer letter or No Objection Certificate:
An official, signed employment letter detailing your position, hire date, salary, and explicit approval for your leave period. You must also include your last 3 months of payslips
OR
If Self-Employed:
Your business registration/incorporation certificates, company bank statements, and recent tax returns.
Proof of Residence:
Valid document showing your residential address in your home country
